After his first visit we didn’t hear or find any more mice after 2 days. He came back for a 2nd and 3rd visit to ensure we were completely mouse-free. I had a problem with mice in the loft keeping me awake at night. I caught quiet a few but realised I needed some professional help. After a quick google search Grampian Pest Control popped up. Having recently converted a garage into a bedroom we became aware of noises in the loft space above. Based on previous reviews I decided on calling Billy. I wasn’t disappointed as Billy called me within an hour of filling out the contact form on the website. He informed me of how he worked in great detail and associated costs, which I must say is a breath of fresh air when dealing with a Tradesperson. Billy turned up promptly on the day we had agreed on and carried out a detailed survey of the loft, very much like a scene of crime investigator, looking at all and any evidence of an infestation. To my surprise Billy also asked to go around to the neighbour’s house. The reason why became quickly apparent. Our house is joined to our neighbours by the garages, it turns out that the “rat” was gaining access to our neighbours garage through an existing hole in the backdoor, then feeding on dry dog food mix but then climbing the wall and gaining access through into our loft space. On Billy’s advice and agreement with our neighbour I was able to block the access points to our loft. Billy then shared his strategy plan of how we would eliminate the rat. Three weeks later we no longer have a rat problem thanks to Billy. Billy didn’t just get rid of our rodent problem but also passed on invaluable advice on how to future proof our property from ant further infestations. I would absolutely recommend Billy who from now on I call the “Pied Piper of “Cuminestown”.

I would highly recommended Grampian Pest Control. I contacted Billy when I thought I had mice in my kitchen he came to assess and informed me it was Rats. Billy started off the treatment but he informed me he wouldn’t be back for the second visit for nearly 2 weeks as he was away on holiday. I have a severe phobia of rats/mice and panicked a week later and called Rentokil to come and assess, they informed it was field mice and charged me £764 upfront before placing tiny bait stations under my kitchen units for mice. During this time we caught 2 rats the first being a lucky catch when it had a fight with a mouse trap we had put down ourselves. I called Billy he was very helpful and came back to help us with the situation and has helped us highlight potential entry points and gave us appropriate treatment and advice. I would however not recommend Rentokil as they make you pay upfront and can’t even properly assess the rodents that are intruding your property.

I travel a lot with work and Billy was great at solving our rodent problem and putting my wife’s mind at rest while I was away. Billy removed our rodent problem as well as fixing, finding and proposing solutions to where rodents may have been entering our property. I can’t speak highly enough of Grampian Pest control after years of trying to sort a rat problem out using other companies (Aberkill) with no luck. I decided to move to Grampian Pest Control following reading online reviews. Billy came out and done a full survey of the house and surrounding area and advised that I link up with next door and treat as one property. This was the advice I needed as within 2 weeks the established entry point was found. The problem was sorted and very reasonable cost also. It is great to see a company actually trying to sort the problem rather than empty your bank account with a substandard service.

Rat Infestation.
I’d just like to say a big thank you to Billy for all his help recently. A few months ago, my mother discovered some rats had entered her home and were residing underneath the floorboards, causing her great distress. Eager to resolve the issue, she picked up the phone book and called the first pest control number she came across. A couple of days later, someone arrived and put some poison down underneath the floor access hatch. She was told someone would return in 7 to 10 days to remove the remaining poison (which was actually several weeks later). My mother felt the company had not supplied enough information about their procedure and did not offer any reassurances, leaving her still feeling vulnerable and at risk. After relaying her concerns to me, I looked online to see if I could find someone local to help, and that’s when I found Billy’s contact details. After explaining his services and how they differ from most other service providers, I felt here was someone I could trust. We chatted for half an hour or so and I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience of dealing with pests. I rang my mother to let her know of my contact with Billy, and managed to ease her concerns with some fresh information. A couple of days later my mother rang me, clearly not comfortable with her predicament, and asked me to contact Billy again for some further advice. Well this was 7pm on a Saturday evening and I had little hope of being able to contact him. However, when I rang his number he answered almost immediately and was more than happy to further discuss my mothers situation. We spoke for over half an hour and once again Billy impressed me with his knowledge of the subject, but what was even more impressive was Billy’s genuine appreciation of the effects this type of incident can have on a person and his genuine desire to assist in any way he could, should we need it now or in the future. I rang my mother and relayed this conversation to her which helped, although she did come and stay with me a couple of days to allow the poison to take effect.
I won’t hesitate to contact Billy again for his advice and would highly recommend him to anyone who has a pest control issue and appreciates excellent customer service.

We initially contacted Billy to deal with a Rat problem. Within days of the initial visit we were seeing improvements and were Rat free within a surprisingly short time. Living in a Rural location we often had rodent issues, but regular maintenance visits by GPC are continuing to keep us rodent free. GPC have also brought our local Mole population under control.

A few months ago, my mother discovered some rats had entered her home and were residing underneath the floorboards, causing her great distress. Eager to resolve the issue, she picked up the phone book and called the first pest control number she came across. She was told someone would return in 7 to 10 days to remove the remaining poison (which was actually several weeks later). My mother felt the company had not supplied enough information about their procedure and did not offer any reassurances, leaving her still feeling vulnerable and at risk. After relaying her concerns to me, I looked online to see if I could find someone local to help, and that’s when I found Billy’s contact details. Having recently converted a garage into a bedroom we became aware of noises in the loft space above. Based on previous reviews I decided on calling Billy. I wasn’t disappointed as Billy called me A big thank you to Billy for the 5 star service he provided in solving the problem that I have been having with mice in the loft. He spent time looking round the outside of the house and discovered where they had been gaining access and effectively blocked their way as confirmed from his follow up visits. I wasn’t disappointed as Billy called me within an hour of filling out the contact form on the website. He informed me of how he worked in great detail and associated costs, which I must say is a breath of fresh air when dealing with a Tradesperson. Billy turned up promptly on the day we had agreed on and carried out a detailed survey of the loft, very much like a scene of crime investigator, looking at all and any evidence of an infestation. To my surprise Billy also asked to go around to the neighbour’s house. The reason why became quickly apparent. Our house is joined to our neighbours by the garages, it turns out that the “rat” was gaining access to our neighbours garage through an existing hole in the backdoor, then feeding on dry dog food mix but then climbing the wall and gaining access through into our loft space. On Billy’s advice and agreement with our neighbour I was able to block the access points to our loft. Billy then shared his strategy plan of how we would eliminate the rat. Three weeks later we no longer have a rat problem thanks to Billy. Billy didn’t just get rid of our rodent problem but also passed on invaluable advice on how to future proof our property from ant further infestations. I would absolutely recommend Billy who from now on I call the “Pied Piper of “Cuminestown”.

I would highly recommended Grampian Pest Control. I contacted Billy when I thought I had mice in my kitchen he came to assess and informed me it was Rats. Billy started off the treatment but he informed me he wouldn’t be back for the second visit for nearly 2 weeks as he was away on holiday. I have a severe phobia of rats/mice and panicked a week later and called Rentokil to come and assess, they informed it was field mice and charged me £764 upfront before placing tiny bait stations under my kitchen units for mice. During this time we caught 2 rats the first being a lucky catch when it had a fight with a mouse trap we had put down ourselves. I called Billy he was very helpful and came back to help us with the situation and has helped us highlight potential entry points and gave us appropriate treatment and advice. I would however not recommend Rentokil as they make you pay upfront and can’t even properly assess the rodents that are intruding your property.

Having recently converted a garage into a bedroom we became aware of noises in the loft space above. Based on previous reviews I decided on calling Billy. He informed me of how he worked in great detail and associated costs, which I must say is a breath of fresh air when dealing with a Tradesperson. Billy turned up promptly on the day we had agreed on and carried out a detailed survey of the loft, very much like a scene of crime investigator, looking at all and any evidence of an infestation. To my surprise Billy also asked to go around to the neighbour’s house. The reason why became quickly apparent. Our house is joined to our neighbours by the garages, it turns out that the “rat” was gaining access to our neighbours garage through an existing hole in the backdoor, then feeding on dry dog food mix but then climbing the wall and gaining access through into our loft space. On Billy’s advice and agreement with our neighbour I was able to block the access points to our loft. Billy then shared his strategy plan of how we would eliminate the rat. Three weeks later we no longer have a rat problem thanks to Billy. Billy didn’t just get rid of our rodent problem but also passed on invaluable advice on how to future proof our property from ant further infestations. I would absolutely recommend Billy who from now on I call the “Pied Piper of “Cuminestown”.

I would highly recommended Grampian Pest Control. I contacted Billy when I thought I had mice in my kitchen he came to assess and informed me it was Rats. Billy started off the treatment but he informed me he wouldn’t be back for the second visit for nearly 2 weeks as he was away on holiday. I have a severe phobia of rats/mice and panicked a week later and called Rentokil to come and assess, they informed it was field mice and charged me £764 upfront before placing tiny bait stations under my kitchen units for mice. During this time we caught 2 rats the first being a lucky catch when it had a fight with a mouse trap we had put down ourselves. I called Billy he was very helpful and came back to help us with the situation and has helped us highlight potential entry points and gave us appropriate treatment and advice. I would however not recommend Rentokil as they make you pay upfront and can’t even properly assess the rodents that are intruding your property.

I travel a lot with work and Billy was great at solving our rodent problem and putting my wife’s mind at rest while I was away. Billy removed our rodent problem as well as fixing, finding and proposing solutions to where rodents may have been entering our property. I’d just like to say a big thank you to Billy for all his help recently. A few months ago, my mother discovered some rats had entered her home and were residing underneath the floorboards, causing her great distress. Eager to resolve the issue, she picked up the phone book and called the first pest control number she came across. A couple of days later, someone arrived and put some poison down underneath the floor access hatch. She was told someone would return in 7 to 10 days to remove the remaining poison (which was actually several weeks later). My mother felt the company had not supplied enough information about their procedure and did not offer any reassurances, leaving her still feeling vulnerable and at risk. After relaying her concerns to me, I looked online to see if I could find someone local to help, and that’s when I found Billy’s contact details. After explaining his services and how they differ from most other service providers, I felt here was someone I could trust. We chatted for half an hour or so and I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience of dealing with pests. I rang my mother to let her know of my contact with Billy, and managed to ease her concerns with some fresh information. A couple of days later my mother rang me, clearly not comfortable with her predicament, and asked me to contact Billy again for some further advice. Well this was 7pm on a Saturday evening and I had little hope of being able to contact him. However, when I rang his number he answered almost immediately and was more than happy to further discuss my mothers situation. We spoke for over half an hour and once again Billy impressed me with his knowledge of the subject, but what was even more impressive was Billy’s genuine appreciation of the effects this type of incident can have on a person and his genuine desire to assist in any way he could, should we need it now or in the future. I rang my mother and relayed this conversation to her which helped, although she did come and stay with me a couple of days to allow the poison to take effect.
I won’t hesitate to contact Billy again for his advice and would highly recommend him to anyone who has a pest control issue and appreciates excellent customer service.

Having recently converted a garage into a bedroom we became aware of noises in the loft space above. Based on previous reviews I decided on calling Billy. I wasn’t disappointed as Billy called me A big thank you to Billy for the 5 star service he provided in solving the problem that I have been having with mice in the loft. He quickly responded to my message. He spent time looking round the outside of the house and discovered where they had been gaining access and effectively blocked their way as confirmed from his follow up visits. I wasn’t disappointed as Billy called me within an hour of filling out the contact form on the website. He informed me of how he worked in great detail and associated costs, which I must say is a breath of fresh air when dealing with a Tradesperson. Billy turned up promptly on the day we had agreed on and carried out a detailed survey of the loft, very much like a scene of crime investigator, looking at all and any evidence of an infestation. To my surprise Billy also asked to go around to the neighbour’s house. The reason why became quickly apparent. Our house is joined to our neighbours by the garages, it turns out that the “rat” was gaining access to our neighbours garage through an existing hole in the backdoor, then feeding on dry dog food mix but then climbing the wall and gaining access through into our loft space. On Billy’s advice and agreement with our neighbour I was able to block the access points to our loft. Billy then shared his strategy plan of how we would eliminate the rat. Three weeks later we no longer have a rat problem thanks to Billy. Billy didn’t just get rid of our rodent problem but also passed on invaluable advice on how to future proof our property from ant further infestations. I would absolutely recommend Billy who from now on I call the “Pied Piper of “Cuminestown”.

I would highly recommended Grampian Pest Control. I contacted Billy when I thought I had mice in my kitchen he came to assess and informed me it was Rats. Billy started off the treatment but he informed me he wouldn’t be back for the second visit for nearly 2 weeks as he was away on holiday. I have a severe phobia of rats/mice and panicked a week later and called Rentokil to come and assess, they informed it was field mice and charged me £764 upfront before placing tiny bait stations under my kitchen units for mice. During this time we caught 2 rats the first being a lucky catch when it had a fight with a mouse trap we had put down ourselves. I called Billy he was very helpful and came back to help us with the situation and has helped us highlight potential entry points and gave us appropriate treatment and advice. I would however not recommend Rentokil as they make you pay upfront and can’t even properly assess the rodents that are intruding your property.

Mice in the Loft
Having recently converted a garage into a bedroom we became aware of noises in the loft space above. Based on previous reviews I decided on calling Billy. I wasn’t disappointed as Billy called me A big thank you to Billy for the 5 star service he provided in solving the problem that I have been having with mice in the loft. He quickly responded to my message. He spent time looking round the outside of the house and discovered where they had been gaining access and effectively blocked their way as confirmed from his follow up visits. Having recently converted a garage into a bedroom we became aware of noises in the loft space above. Based on previous reviews I decided on calling Billy. I wasn’t disappointed as Billy called me within an hour of filling out the contact form on the website. He informed me of how he worked in great detail and associated costs, which I must say is a breath of fresh air when dealing with a Tradesperson. Billy turned up promptly on the day we had agreed on and carried out a detailed survey of the loft, very much like a scene of crime investigator, looking at all and any evidence of an infestation. To my surprise Billy also asked to go around to the neighbour’s house. The reason why became quickly apparent. Our house is joined to our neighbours by the garages, it turns out that the “rat” was gaining access to our neighbours garage through an existing hole in the backdoor, then feeding on dry dog food mix but then climbing the wall and gaining access through into our loft space. On Billy’s advice and agreement with our neighbour I was able to block the access points to our loft. Billy then shared his strategy plan of how we would eliminate the rat. Three weeks later we no longer have a rat problem thanks to Billy. Billy didn’t just get rid of our rodent problem but also passed on invaluable advice on how to future proof our property from ant further infestations. I would absolutely recommend Billy who from now on I call the “Pied Piper of “Cuminestown”.
Rats in the kitchen
I would highly recommended Grampian Pest Control. I contacted Billy when I thought I had mice in my kitchen he came to assess and informed me it was Rats. Billy started off the treatment but he informed me he wouldn’t be back for the second visit for nearly 2 weeks as he was away on holiday. I have a severe phobia of rats/mice and panicked a week later and called Rentokil to come and assess, they informed it was field mice and charged me £764 upfront before placing tiny bait stations under my kitchen units for mice. During this time we caught 2 rats the first being a lucky catch when it had a fight with a mouse trap we had put down ourselves. I called Billy he was very helpful and came back to help us with the situation and has helped us highlight potential entry points and gave us appropriate treatment and advice. I would however not recommend Rentokil as they make you pay upfront and can’t even properly assess the rodents that are intruding your property.

I travel a lot with work and Billy was great at solving our rodent problem and putting my wife’s mind at rest while I was away. Billy removed our rodent problem as well as fixing, finding and proposing solutions to where rodents may have been entering our property. I can’t speak highly enough of Grampian Pest control after years of trying to sort a rat problem out using other companies (Aberkill) with no luck. I decided to move to Grampian Pest Control following reading online reviews. Billy came out and done a full survey of the house and surrounding area and advised that I link up with next door and treat as one property. This was the advice I needed as within 2 weeks the established entry point was found. The problem was sorted and very reasonable cost also. It is great to see a company actually trying to sort the problem rather than empty your bank account with a substandard service.

I’d just like to say a big thank you to Billy for all his help recently. A few months ago, my mother discovered some rats had entered her home and were residing underneath the floorboards, causing her great distress. Eager to resolve the issue, she picked up the phone book and called the first pest control number she came across. A couple of days later, someone arrived and put some poison down underneath the floor access hatch. She was told someone would return in 7 to 10 days to remove the remaining poison (which was actually several weeks later). My mother felt the company had not supplied enough information about their procedure and did not offer any reassurances, leaving her still feeling vulnerable and at risk. After relaying her concerns to me, I looked online to see if I could find someone local to help, and that’s when I found Billy’s contact details. After explaining his services and how they differ from most other service providers, I felt here was someone I could trust. We chatted for half an hour or so and I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience of dealing with pests. I rang my mother to let her know of my contact with Billy, and managed to ease her concerns with some fresh information. A couple of days later my mother rang me, clearly not comfortable with her predicament, and asked me to contact Billy again for some further advice. Well this was 7pm on a Saturday evening and I had little hope of being able to contact him. However, when I rang his number he answered almost immediately and was more than happy to further discuss my mothers situation. We spoke for over half an hour and once again Billy impressed me with his knowledge of the subject, but what was even more impressive was Billy’s genuine appreciation of the effects this type of incident can have on a person and his genuine desire to assist in any way he could, should we need it now or in the future. I rang my mother and relayed this conversation to her which helped, although she did come and stay with me a couple of days to allow the poison to take effect.
I won’t hesitate to contact Billy again for his advice and would highly recommend him to anyone who has a pest control issue and appreciates excellent customer service.
